「I was given a room with stained sheets and non working electricity outlets. It was offputting especially after arriving tired and ready to rest. But the staff did get change sheets on request at odd hours and arranged a change of room which is commendable 」

「Very friendly staff all round at The Lofts. Great check-in experience and customer service while we were there. Some slightly rough edges around some of the fixtures and fittings in the room but these are easily over looked with the friendliness of the staff!」

「Bathroom door wasn't working, neither was the tap. AC is too old to work fine, continuous sound throughout the night. There are no non-smoking rooms as per the receptionist.」

「It was a old apartment. We were there only for few hours but really not very neat. Found cockroached all over the place too.」
