"We asked for a non smoking room for one night and the room reeked of smoke, the walls were very damaged, the lights didn't work, there was no "no smoking" sign on the door, and the owner refused to give us a refund. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was another customer who came in and said he had roaches in his room and the owner still refused to refund."
