Struttura ben gestita, personale disponibile, cucina di ottimo livello, camere silenziose ma potrebbero essere attrezzate meglio (ciabatte di cortesia, set doccia shampoo…), molto pulita e ben funzionante la zona spa con idromassaggio, piscina e saune. Posizione centrale a Dobbiaco e di immediato accesso alla statale della Val Pusteria.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato nella prima settimana di settembre. Tutto perfetto, dall'accoglienza, alla camera, alla raffinata cucina (sia colazione che cena. Anche per me, vegetariano, c'era un apposito menu serale riportato nella carta, il che non è scontato in altri hotel anche della stessa categoria). Il personale sempre professionale, ma gentile e disponibile, Abbiamo ricevuto dalla reception diverse informazioni su escursioni e varie possibilità. Pulizia della camera e bagno impeccabili. Ottimi anche i servizi di piscina, vasca idromassaggio e sauna. In special modo lo stato della piscina particolarmente curata, sia nel contesto, che nell'acqua e nella pulizia dei locali. Posizione eccellente per il panorama dalla camera, sia in quanto posizione centrale rispetto al paese e alle possibilità di escursioni.

Ottima struttura con tutti i servizi. Bella la piscina e la sauna. Titolari e personale, cordiali, simpatici e professionali. Si mangia molto bene.. Situato in una bella zona di Dobbiaco, in centro, ma tranquilla. Base ideale per le escursioni a Braies, Cortina e Lienz.

Hotel di pregio situato nel centro di Dobbiaco vec

Ho avuto una buonissima esperienza, hotel dotato di vari comfort. La mia era una stanza singola discreta, che non aveva però il balcone ma una finestra, dotata comunque di ciò che è necessario. Noto che ultimamente gli hotel, anche quelli maggiormente stellati, hanno tagliato abbastanza sulla fornitura di prodotti in bagno, come bagnoschiuma , ecc. Sapendo di andare in un hotel a 4 stelle non dovrei preoccuparmi di portarmi dietro prodotti che solitamente venivano forniti di dotazione in bagno. Non mancava comunque nulla, anche se in quantità non abbondante. Il personale ed il gestore gentili, pronti ed attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Ottima la qualità del ristorante ed una bellissima zona benessere, dotata di ogni comfort.

Ottimo, solo un pò "freddino"

Ho soggiornato con mio marito in questo hotel per 3 notti. L'hotel è sicuramente bello ed elegante. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto spaziosa e pulita. La moquet, nonostante non nuova, ben tenuta. Bagno spazioso, un pò retrò. Molti i servizi offerti! dalle escursioni organizzate (di cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire a causa del brutto tempo), lo zaino, opuscoli informativi, etc.. una discreta area wellness con piscina interna, idromassaggio, suane. Altrettanto buona la cucina, 3 menu' a scelta, "standard" la colazione. Tutto bene quindi... unica pecca è la sensazione di poco "calore", che invece ci si aspetta in un hotel montano, sia per l'ambiente che per la cucina. non sono pienamente soddisfatta per il rapporto qualità/prezzo

バス駅に近いが、鉄道駅に遠いホテル

このホテルは、事前に駅に近いとの確認を取っていたが、鉄道のドッピアーコ駅からは１ｋｍ程あった。駅にはタクシーも無く、重いトタンクを引きずってようよう辿り着いた。フロントに「タクシーは呼んで貰えるか」と訪ねると、「当ホテルは駅に近く、タクシーは必要ない」とまくしたてられた。良く聞くとバス駅には４００ｍほどであった。バスを利用できると言いはり、行程を訪ねられ、PCで各種経路を調べた挙句、鉄道でないとだめだと分かると、車で送ると言った。この話に約１時間も要した。

si puo' dare di piu' nella suite...

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte nella junior suite, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di piu' a livello di dimensioni, pochi prodotti nel bagno, sul balcone le sedie avevano i cuscini strappati e le sdraio decisamente bruttine...per non parlare della vista scadente e del fatto che non c'era la luce esterna. Le note positive comunque non mancano; dalla gentilezza della reception ai camerieri , alla pulizia , ottima colazione, tantissimo materiale informativo su cosa vedere e fare..nel complesso lo consiglieremmo sicuramente anche per un soggiorno piu' lungo.
