「The smell in my room was awful and the noice from the construction site was even worse so we checked out after one night (booked 3 nights) The elevator was a joke with the right attitude, but else just scary so this place needs a lot of work to be suitable hotel again, it looks sounds and smells like the place is falling apart, but the old architecture was interesting, helpful at chekh-in but boring when me and my partner decided to leave early, but knew however that the construction noice...

「I have stayed here many times and it is one of the best places in Ukraine. The staff are very friendly and the room is spacious. I never have any issues and if I do, it is corrected quickly. A great place to stay!」
