Wow! What a beautifully maintained resort with lots of kid-friendly activities. Loved that we were the only non-Swedes visiting! The candy store was super cute. And the entire grounds immaculate. Our kids LOVED the ropes course.
Staff were amazingly helpful in navigating ferry schedules and arranging transportation. When our sauna was a few minutes late for our reservation, they comped us the entire fee! The front desk also let us check out late once we confirmed an afternoon ferry ride to our...

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very nice and helpful. Dinner at the hotel was excellent. We took the hotel bikes and went to the island across the strait by ferry for the beach and dinner at Sister and I one night. Great stay in the archipelago.

This resort was very quiet, the staff was very nice, and my room was clean and cozy. The included breakfast was absolutely amazing. It was the best breakfast I’ve ever had and I would honestly go back just to have it again. The sauna is open late and was very nice and clean. There were also some nearby trails with nice views of the water.

Could not recommend Skeviks Gard enough. We had a superb visit. The scenery and property are gorgeous - the right combination of peaceful and conveniently close to the city. The staff were incredibly gracious and friendly, continuously going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as they could.

Amazing location, just about 25 minutes drive from Stockholm, the property is a perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of walking. They serve free and delicious breakfast and it’s free parking.
Staff are amazing, helpful and well informed.

A beautiful, well-maintained, charmingly rustic 19th-century home. Friendly owner and staff, and even a handsome (leashed) house dog, Arthur. Laid-back breakfast downstairs was a nice chance to chat with fellow guests. Only (minor) complaint is with the bathroom amenities; it had shampoo but not soap and very little shelf space.
