「I recently stayed at Eden Star Hotel Zarzis and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. While the property itself has potential, the level of service was unacceptable. The interactions with the staff were consistently disappointing; there seemed to be a lack of basic professional courtesy and a complete disregard for guest concerns.
