"Overall a nice stay, well maintained premises however lacking staff warmth and attentive to guest needs"

"Staff member checked me in and welcomed us and showed me to the room upstairs a few freebies in room nice touch Room clean and quiet, bathroom plenty of room shower in bath We had issues with toilet randomly flushing then leaking at the tap so turned it off overnight In morning 730am partner showered said was hard to get temperature right but ok my shower 845am I turned hot water tap on and then water stopped nothing so aborted and had a bird bath instead! Reported to staff on checkout...

"The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Also, close to the Catholic Church. The room was neat and clean, with the heater excellent during our Winter stay. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected, with the sheets being a bit hard. The price was phenomenal, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The water was lovely and hot, and the water pressure was great. My four kids and wife were happy with the two rooms."
