「The check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine warm welcome. Throughout my stay, every staff member—from housekeeping to concierge—was attentive, professional, and eager to help. They truly make you feel like a valued guest. 「Hotel overbooked, waited for an hour+ afrer a long flight in the middle of the night to get a room that we believe is a staff room.」

「We stayed here for 1 night, we arrived at 6 am and our room was booked for the night, but we were lucky and wer able to check in early and get some extra sleep after a long flight. The amenities were amazing, and the staff incredibly kind. Also breakfast was Very good!! I loved that The bed sheets smelled so clean - Everything was Super!」

There was yoga class in the morning and we could enjoy the Ayurveda treatment in the afternoon. The treatment was so comfortable!
