「I had already booked our room., but forgot to ask for a disability room as I am not able to walk a long way. The front desk attendant was really great & put us in a room, by the door. Room was very clean & had a kitchette. So nice. We came back after a long day of Farmers Market shopping, our cards would'nt work. One of the workers opened the door for us. My husband went to the front desk. (The desk attendant only booked us for one night. I pre-booked for two nights.)Could've used a hand...

「There were crack pipes and needles all over the ground. There was urine and feces in the hallways. There were people drugged out of their minds laying on the front lawn. There was constantly at least four sets of legs dumpster diving at all times. The crackhead next to me came out. Didn't even look human screaming and yelling. The toilet seat when I went to use the bathroom had no bolts in it. And nearly killed myself when the toilet seat slipped off. The sheets and the comforters were burnt...

「First room we had to get moved out as the next room partied all night and had to get evicted in the end. Wasn’t a great start then met the manager who went made everything better! Moved us in the main part of the hotel, provided us with a meal voucher and checked in with us to ensure our stay was the best. ❤️ Had a wonderful comfortable stay for the next 4 nights.」
