「A lovely family run guesthouse close to GOI airport. I had a premium room which was spacious, clean and had balconies to the front and back of the room. A short walk down to the beach where there are a number of restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. Would stay here again for sure」

「Great accommodation for the price. Breakfast was very good value and the owners are clearly passionate about hospitality. If you want to travel between Anjuna, Vagator and Assagao, then this is in a perfect location. Standout is the pool, which is a good size and usually pretty quiet.」

「I loved the property and the fact that it is nearby all the wonderful beaches like Morjim, Mandrem and Arambol. I booked a premium double room which had a pool view. The property is clean, lush green and has great staff.Transport (taxi/two-wheeler) can be arranged at the reception desk within 5 minutes! Breakfast is also tasty and their room service is also quick. I stayed here for 5 days with my parents and it was worth the money I spent.」

「Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. 」
