「I made a reservation to stay at this hotel when I showed up for check in the hotel did not exist. Apparently the hotel was there before but ceased operation some time ago, they just didn't delist the property off the Expedia website and continued on taking reservations and collecting payments. I tried to contact the owner of the hotel but received no response. 」

「This has nothing to do with the owner although I'm not sure a room was even available for my arrival date based on my conversation with him. He was very accommodating and gave me access to the balcony to use. It is Expedia that gets the 1-star testing because of the way you handled things with me. I'm NEVER using you and won't recommend you to anyone who asks. 」

「Run down. Not worth more than $20 per night. No vent in bathroom, things don’t dry out. The staff is nice, the location is good, but that does not make up for the extremely dated look of the property. My room looked nothing like the photo. I felt I was staying at a crack house. I booked in advance for 5 days. Had to leave after 2 nights. The also lost power for about 10 hours. If you stay in the front room street traffic may keep you awake at night.」
