「游泳池下午8:00就关门了」

「I love the customer service front desk, housekeeper, bell boy, parking valet, breakfast restaurant and personal. No complaints at all. The best customer service above and beyond. So friendly, so helpfull. I want to come back.」

「Everything was good about my stay. The only thing I wish they would do is to make a bit more changes to their breakfast. It is almost like the same breakfast every day.」

「Uhhh」

「The guy at the reception made us pay 43$usd even though the reservation was prepaid. This is pure theft on his part! I can't recommend anyone to go there! I will be in touch with Expedia and see what can be done to get my money back.」

「Bathroom was never cleaned before I arrived bath drain full of hair bedroom floor had hair from another person that was there before me had to go and ask them to get some water to wash my hands then waited for the water tank to fill so I could take a shower ordered some food tasted awful don’t no if they used old oil to fry the chicken overall not good experience would never book another room with them or recommend to bothers」

「A good place to stay, with a good breakfast buffet. One thing I did not like much, was the air conditioning unit placed next to the bed and the air blows directly at you when in bed. It has a fixed venting, and they should consider to replace it with an oscillating system. Uncomfortable during sleep time and more if set to high mode. Other than that, had a good experience. A good swimming pool to relax in a hot weather.」

「每天早上服务员开门进来这样的事情很糟糕」

「Hotel Boutique Casa Diriangen was just perfect!! private, elegant property with stunning colonial architecture and so much charm. The location is perfect, with restaurants and everything you need just steps away. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean, and Lourdes is such a wonderful and attentive host. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back next month. Thank you, Lourdes, for making us feel so welcome! ❤️」
