Excellent stay at a wonderful resort! Highly recommend to families with little children. The splash park is a unique experience for the kids. The menu and the food in general was exquisite! Great coffee. Rooms and hotel areas where clean and comfortable.

Impolite reception staff

Worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. They failed to follow the payment schedule so we had to contact hotels.com and as that took a while they locked all my personal items in the room and denied me access to it. My child asked to enter to have her medicine and reception said no you can't tell your parents to sort it!! The kids pool is unsafe. Theres no kids on the slides the reason is because they dont land in water but on the blue floor which causes burns on their skin as is it fast. The pool wasnt cleaned overnight. The food is disgusting. There are no labels that indicate what has nuts in and what doesn't. Very bad quality hotel very rude staff aggressive and impolite.

Essen war nicht einem 5Sterne Hotel würdig.Fast jeden 2 tag gab es das gleiche essen.Liegen am Strand wurden am Abend schon "reserviert" mit Badetücher.von Hotel wurde nichts dagegen gemacht.Somit durfte fast jeder 2 für liegen im eigenen hotelstrandbar bezahlenein teil war für gäste von aussen...wenn ich richtig liege es gab liegen für ca.100zimmer am strand kostenlos.für 2 personen pro zimmer.wobei fast jeder mit kinder da war.und hotel selber hat ca170zimmer würde ich schätzen.und war in der zeit ausgebucht.wir haben ca.70€ extra ausgegeben weil in bezahlbereich musste man getränke kaufen.durfe nicht als all inclusiv gast kostenlose mitbeingen

Mainly for families with children. Not so much for couples. Noise (laughter, screams, cries) everywhere. Soundproofing in rooms is terrible as you can hear left, right and above your room as well as in hallway. Bathroom door is a glass one which cant be closed (like a curtain) so there is no much privacy. Low water pressure on bathroom tab but a good one on the shower. Furniture is worn out. Food is good and there are always several types to choose from. Staff is very kind and helpfull. All in all, good, but a poor value for that price.

A little Serbia in greece

Stayed at the hotel for a one nighter, last minute decision because of water park.The hotel has some pros but definitely not a 5 star: Firstly let me say that the vast majority of guests are Serbian or other ex Yeguslavs ( from the orthodox countries) citizens. If you want to feel like Western Europe this is not the place for you. When we were there the main attraction which we came for (water park)was closed but we were not compensated. Pros: food selection for meals good and quality also good. Room decent Bars serve brand Name alcohol drinks which is better than many other places. Staff nice although at main desk English not great to say the least. Sea water very calm and nice Cons: Extremely crowded everywhere and very noisy Not enough chairs for sunbathing both at the beach and at the pool.

Zalety: + lokalizacja (przy plaży) + baseny z tego jeden z placem zabaw dla dzieci + dużo wolnych leżaków Wady - jedzenie poziomu 2-3 gwiazdek. Bardzo mały wybór i dużo potraw letnich lub chłodnych - All inclusive w barze tylko do 23. Potem płatne do 24. - w barze na plaży brak mocniejszych alkoholi (tylko piwo) - bar na plaży dzielony pomiędzy klientów hotelu i z zewnątrz - małe pokoje i balkony - po standardzie i wykonaniu widać że hotelowi dawno by się przydałby remont

Σε γενικες γραμμες ολα καλα .Το ξενοδοχειο σε πολυ καλη τοπιυεσια με ολες τις προδιαγραφες .Θα μπορουσαν να δθνουν περισσοτερες παροχες για το all inclusive καθως υπηρχε μεγαλος περιορισμος σε σνακ και ποτα.Επισης οταν πρεπει να κανεις check in στις 2 το μεσημερι ουσιαστικα εχεις χασει τη δυνατοτητα του μεσημεριανου γευματος ενω τοεχεις πληρωμενο.Επισης οταν πρεπει να κανεις check out στις 12 το μεσημερι απολαμβανεις μονο το πρωινο και στη συνεχεια σου αφαιρουν το βραχιλακι ωστε να παψεις να εχεις τις παροχες του all inclusive.Το προσωπικο και οι πισινες ηταν τελεια

Попали сюда спонтанно, приехали к друзьям которые отдыхали в Cronwell с маленьким ребенком. Этот отель лучше всего подходит для семей с детьми поэтому их там очень много. Гости в основном из ближайших стран Сербии и Румынии, простые ребята могут на обед в купальных плавках и футболке прийти. Море хорошее чистое и спокойное, есть бассейн с горками, детская анимация. Для взрослых не очень интересно. Классификация 5* формальная, субъективно по совокупности характеристик это хорошая четверка т.к. в мелочах куда не глянь не дотягивает до 5*. Еды много, но не сказать чтобы она вкусная. С 10 утра в течение дня доступен любой алкоголь, мороженное, легкие закуски, прохладительные напитки. Персонал старается, но его не хватает особенно в ресторане. Интернет в номере стабильный, на пляже периодами тоже появляется. В сьюте есть раковина и микроволновая печь.

Glass doors at the bathrooms is a problem. The splash park and the swimming pools need to be refurbished, they are a bit worn out. Overall the property is very well organised and taken care of. Very clean, friendly staff, lots of things to do. Kids love it. Strongly recommended.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες , το προσωπικό είναι ευχάριστο, οι χώροι καθαροί, το φαγητό είναι πλούσιο αλλά μέτριας ποιότητας, έπρεπε στους τεράστιους χώρους πρασίνου να είχε παιδική χαρά ώστε να απασχολούνται τα παιδιά μετά το δείπνο.

Готель не відповідає 5 зірковій категорії та точно не вартує цих грошей. Номери з поганою шумоїзоляцією, на підлозі плитка, меблі старі, подушки сінтіпонові збиті і вже давно потребують заміни. Сніданок завжди однаковий і швидко набридає. На обід і вечері вибір блюд набагато більший але також кожен день одне й теж саме. Міняється 1-2 блюда. Інтенет і вайфай хороші, на пляжі не ловить. Напої в барах тіж самі що і в ресторані 4 вида соків вода і газовані типу фанти спрайта. В лобі барі можна замовити з 10 видів алкогольних напої. Персонал дуже слабо інформує гостей про послуги і активності треба самому все випитувати.

Αξίζει παραλία και πισίνες. Τα δωρεαν-χυμοι, καφέδες, αναψυκτικά, ποτά, παγωτά, πίτσα, σαντουιτς-ηταν χαμηλής ποιοτητας.Πολυ καλο Αqua Park, όμως για ηλικίες έως 9 ετών. Γίνονται ωραίες δραστηριότητες που τις κάνει Ρώσος και μιλάει Ρώσικα και ελάχιστα Αγγλικα. Εντυπωσιακός μπουφές, που όμως αν κάτσεις πάνω από 2 μέρες σου φαίνονται όλα τα ίδια. Μπράβο για το απογευματινό barbeque... Δεν είναι για πάνω από 3 μέρες διαμονη

Waste of money, hotel is maybe a 3 star.

Place is not 5 star resort first. Maybe a 3 but no more. First there is only one bar that serves alcohol and its open until 11pm only. After that its cash only bar. Mini frdge in the room has only 2 bottles of water and juice. Beds are not comfortable at all. Water in the bathroom barely goes through the shower how slowly it goes. There is no service for drinks available at the beach, you have to walk about 800 feet to grab a drink from the bar and drinks are limited for 2 per person at once. Food is Okay but its same every damn day. They just throw one or two different meats a day and thats about it. Definitely we will not be returning to this place its a total disaster, wouldnt recommand wasting money on it. There are way better places in Greece than this one thats for sure.

Personeel en animatie leuk, echter animatie alleen voor kleine kinderen en volwassenen, niets voor 13-17 jarigen. Eten was heel wisselend, soms goed, soms ook heel slecht
