"The hotel staff made this stay top notch. The rooms were clean and quiet and it had beautiful views of the lake. It was just a short walking distance to town square for dining and shopping. My only complaint would be that the bartender poured me a very small glass of wine, and for the price, I wouldn't order drinks there again. Seems to also be a complaint from others. This doesn't change my review of this hotel, as I would definitely stay here again (I'll just bring my own wine). I would give this hotel ten stars if I could!"
"From check in through the stay and check out was wonderful!!!! Amazing Staff especially the young lady working the Breakfast room! She was so extremely nice and very helpful and attentive!!!!! Front desk was really helpful and nice! Great customer service! Food was amazing! Room was great! Nice comfy bed and close to dinning, Shopping!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!! "
"We were in room 200. It was very spacious, seemingly an ADA room without the shower requirements.
Besides the very soft bed, our only complaint would be the noise from the guests above us in room 300. Their steps were very noisy, so I'd suggest asking for a top floor room to prevent this upstairs noise.
However, the trade off would be the sole elevator. We started using the stairs instead. "
