"From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we knew we had made a great choice in selecting this hotel. The professionalism of the staff, the warm welcome at check-in, the guest relations manageress kindly showing us the facilities, the high class furnishings and the facilities all reaffirmed the reviews we had seen online. "Wonderful view from seaview room! Great location in lovely Alanya. Nice hotel overall that goes the extra mile to please its guests with new/modern furnishings/fixtures, hard working staff, and nice breakfast. I would definetely stay here again. Only area for improvement would be to do a better job cleaning the glass on the glass balcony railings."

"The place was worst than shown on add. The check in was at 10:00 am but it was given to us at 2:30 , there was no toilet paper , dirty counter top , no mirror above the vanity sink , loose shower enclosure, insecure front door entry, dirty parking lot , dead “Bat” on the parking lot ground , rats running on the yard fence, the pool was nothing like shown on the add . The on site manager was helpful and friendly , but not knowledgeable enough about the hotel business "

"Location is between Oba and Mahmutlar - so you need to get a bus to visit these livelier areas for shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The bus service is very good so that's no problem. Rooms are a good size and clean, breakfast is good, they have a bar for the evenings. In the summer they have their own access to the beach which is a little rocky but still nice. Overall good value for what you pay. Would stay again but remember - not a lot going on around the hotel. "
