I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. 「Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners.
It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay.
