"My family stayed here for a "staycation" and everything was great - the staff is incredible and works hard to make your stay the best one possible. They're so friendly and offered solutions when something did not go quite as we had hoped. The pool ended up staining my son and husbands swim trunks a white colour. Once I told them, they offered solutions immediately and I was very happy with the result. (And I believe the pool situation was fixed right away and this was a one off!) The room was incredibly clean. The breakfast was great! The location is quiet- we also didn’t hear other guests at all from inside our room. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at a great place - and quite honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Special thanks to Ruby and Sam and the general manager (I did not catch his name, unfortunately). Definitely book your stay here :) "

"The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The door didn't latch securely and was difficult to lock and unlock. Navigating the the lumpy parking lot was a bit challenging."
