Just every single thing about this reservation was terrible. First, while I'm physically in Dickson TN I pulled up the Expedia app and searched for hotels near me. Econo Lodge popped up with a picture of a white building at a really good price so I grabbed it and checked out for some reason Expedia suggested a hotel in Clarksville??? No idea why. So there's was nothing they could do to resolve the situation so in fact paid for a ride to Clarksville imagine my surprise when I'm pull up to a building that is not white at all but orange or tan or whatever you want to call it The check-in was really rude and when I'll let them know they are coffee maker did not have the needed parts they basically said I was stupid that it was there but it in fact was not as I was checking out I had made just waiting to escort me out and as soon as I walked out she said oh you smoking in the room and that is in fact also a lie because I don't even smoke cigarettes at all I am a vaper I have not touched a cigarette in over 9 maybe 10 months but I feel like they were just trying to con The $250 out of me but the card has been canceled and they will not see another dollar of my money in fact I would love to get this back absolutely ridiculous The toilet was stocked up the entire night the bathtub leaked the refrigerator did not keep anything cool I just don't know exactly what I was paying for other than a room in a town that I did not want to be on this is false advertising at its finest

All I can say is the owner/manger is very rude and un helpful. Be aware. No elevators would not recommend be cause you f manger/owner. Period

The hotel itself was fine. Hotels.com dropped the ball big time. I ended up having to pay for my room a second time because hotels.com didn't communicate with the hotel itself. Almost had to cancel my weekend over this. Ill just book directly with the hotels from now on. No need for hotels.com anyway.

ROACH ALMIGHTY!!!

Soon as we got in the room I saw roaches in the bathroom sink/then we saw more in the sleeping area.. they were everywhere.. front desk had a can of raid for his rm which I politely took/ we were put in another room and gave us a discount per my request.. We did not have the option to go to another hotel as it was very late and we were already out in boonies not to mention it was extremely dark I did tell the fam we could all sleep in the truck but they weren't goin for that. After using the whole can of raid we did not have anymore issues. Frnt desk said rooms were sprayed the day before but clearly they missed the room we were in SMH needless to say I gave them a HUGE piece of my mind due to the fact they were well aware of their issue and should not have allowed anyone to rent a rm until it was completely taken care of especially due to two other guests complaints before us even getting there.

Poor humanityy from the maid service. Front desk night man was superb. Hard mattresses, broken lamp and toilet seat. Shower wae flithy. Drawers had bugs in them. My kids found a used condom in the pool. It was total disaster. No breakfast as stated when booking. Hallways stunk like fish. Horrible stay but we were stuck.

Room didn’t have a smoke alarm, that is a life safety issue, basically felt like daylight in the middle of the night because curtains didn’t cover entire window opening. Used my bra as an eye mask, actually worked wonders. Bed was uncomfortable for me but others might like sleeping on a super hard surface. Not enough towels, I had to dry off with a hand towel because there were only 2 bath towels. Hair on the tv stand not ours and floor didn’t look to have been cleaned. One of the towels looked to be dirty, room smelled like mold which caused my throat to hurt. Coming to room floors, walls, and hand rails were all filthy and the smell was awful with all different kinds of food and who knows what. Positive, front desk attendant was nice checking us in and rate was ok for quality of room.
