「Super Service」

「Das habe ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt: Vorab die Zimmer sind ok, allerdings hatte der Zimmerservice anscheinend Urlaub, während unserem Aufenthalt gab es den jedenfalls nicht (4 ) Das beste war meine Verlängerung um eine Nacht, die ich einen Tag vor Ablauf bei der Telefonnr. Anfragte die aushing; Rezeption war ja nicht besetzt. Man nahm alles auf und wollte sich melden. Am nächsten Tag weitere Anfrage von mir, schon etwas unhöflichere Antwort, ja man wisse dies, das Personal vor Ort kümmere...

The room was pretty big, very nice, very clean and a good bed, nice television, quite surroundings, great breakfast and friendly people. I have already recommended this hotel to the people on the Christian film festival that took place nearby. When I visit Wolfsburg again I will surely come back here. Thank you!」
