"Breakfast was pretty bad, just old Coffee, tea bag , a little scramble egg and sausage, no other options , they should not advertise it as "free Breakfast". The building and room very outdated , it looks they didn't do and upgrade since 1990s, staff were friendly and hotel is in good location, unfortunately no other affordable hotel around. Better to drive to Walnut Creek if you want a decent place."

"The blackout curtains are some of the best I've used in any hotel. Also, my room was mere feet away from the line the BART runs by, and I noticed little to no noise my entire stay, including at night during quiet hours. The bartender was very friendly and welcoming, as were the rest of the staff. The shower and bathroom was in excellent condition. I really appreciated that there was a a dedicated ice machine room on my floor for easy access, as opposed to having to go to a different floor...
