Very grumpy staff at check in. No welcome at all. Room was small with no wow factor. Room service expensive and of poor quality and value.

Holiday Inn New Delhi Aerocity by IHG
Property is well situated and shows well. One big complaint is that the TV in the room was not functioning and despite complaint the remote was replaced bot nothing worked.
