I've been using this hotel more than years because this is really convenient, the really reasonable cost, the staffs are friendly, and they are punctual and responsible for help us to reach the airport safely. the manager of this hotel is really caring person.

Convenient & friendly

The. Reception and staff are very friendly and helpful. They are exceptional in providing services. The hotel is located close to the airport which is very convenient for the travellers. The free shuttle to the airport is a great relief. The restaurant is also great.

Great value for money

Hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. Airport pick up and drop off services were awesome. Food from restaurant were very tasty. As we checked in late, we were very happy that they served our very late night 12:30am order.

এই হোটেলে থাকা ছিল আমার জীবনের সবচেয়ে খারাপ অভিজ্ঞতা। ২০ দিন আগে বুকিং থাকা সত্ত্বেও লবিতে ২৭ মিনিট বসিয়ে রাখে, আর বড় বড় মশা আমাদের “অতিথেয়তা” করেছিল। রুমে গিয়ে দেখি তীব্র বাজে গন্ধ ঢাকতে কড়া পারফিউম ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। রুমভর্তি মশা আর বেডে ছোট–বড়–মাঝারি তেলাপোকা দেখে রাতে ঘুমই নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। আমার ছোট ছেলে ভয়ে চিৎকার করছিল, আর কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানালে তারা বলে—আমি যাওয়ার পর ঠিক করবে। My stay at this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel in my life. Despite having a reservation made 20 days in advance, we were kept waiting in the lobby for 27 minutes after arriving. During those 27 minutes, we were “hosted” by large, aggressive mosquitoes. 😭 Eventually, they gave us a room. To cover up the bad odor in the room, they had used an extremely strong perfume, which we only realized later. The room was filled with countless mosquitoes, and seeing small, medium, and large cockroaches on the bed completely ruined our night’s sleep. My young son was screaming in fear, and when we notified the management, they said they would fix it after we left.

空港から徒歩圏

深夜の到着便だったので選びました。 空港付近は道が複雑なことが多いのでエアポートタクシーで向かぃました。深夜で門が閉まっていましたがドライバーが声をかけてくれたので入ることができました。 蚊除けスプレーまくか聞かれましたが喉が弱いのでやめてもらいました。 しかし蚊に多く刺されて良く眠れませんでした。 チェックアウト時に料金請求されたので、ウェブでカードで支払い済みというと、オーナーに確認するとの事で待たされました。 結局確認取れましたがタクシー依頼したのも忘れているようでした。仕方な空港まで歩きましたが結構近く、昼間なら十分歩けます。

Too many mosquitos

There were so many mosquitos in the room, the 3 residents were all bit numerous times. We were all bitterly disappointed with this hotel. In fairness, one of the porters came and sprayed probably a full can of mosquito spray around the room, but it didnt make a massive difference. I would not stay here again.

One night at Garden Residence

We had rented two rooms. One with cement floor another with carpet. We found both our room floors dirty. Carpet very old and dirty. Washroom wet at all times. In one room there was no curtains to separate the bath area from the toilet. So, the whole washroom becomes wet after a shower. Got bitten by mosquitoes. My room was not protected by net on the windows against mosquitoes. However, staff was amazing, was always ready to help. 24 hour reception was available. Room service was prompt. Food was excellent. But you have to wait like 45 mins after you order food. Shuttle bus free for airport drops. 20 mins to international airport.

Not very clean but rather good value for the price . Also as no proper taxis exist in Dhaka is very necessary to always call Uber to go anywhere....hotel has a free airport shuttle however .

Very bad experience

Firstly,i've booked a single room and paid for that,but when i went to stay they said they don't have any record of my booking!! Gave me some lame excuses and made me wait there for 15 minutes or more. They made another mistakes by giving me a double room then again asked me to wait then offered me a single room. Finally when I entered into that room i was shocked looking at room condition..it was very bad and there was no towels in that room!!! The service was awful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful staff & hotel

Wonderful from start to finish. The hotel provided a free and punctual airport pickup and drop service. Each of the staff are VERY accommodating, professional and polite. Breakfast and an additional extensive room service menu is provided, both of very good quality. The family room we stayed in was HUGE and despite being so close to the airport (literally 2 minutes, traffic-free drive) we heard no outside noise. King beds were provided with comfortable mattresses. The air conditioning and fans were most welcome. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, malls and pharmacies in the immediate area around the hotel. Highly recommended for business travellers, tourists and families. Very safe area and clean hotel. Will be staying here again in the near future.

Very bad experience

I had a 10am flight with small children and could have travelled from Sylhet on Emirates bus FREE. Instead I thought I would go the day before and relax. I told the hotel staff several times "No wake up calls" as I'd had bad experience before. They still called me at 03:40 in there morning, after which I did not sleep at all! I had spent 10,000BDT on travel and 3,800BDT on the room JUST so I could relax and the hotel didn't let me do this. So my 13,800BDT was wasted and I could have come with the free bus. I am a grown person and have gone through my life without the hotel's wake up call. Everyone has a mobile phone and therefore am alarm clock. If I miss my fligh because I said "No call" then that's my problem, not the hotel's. In any case, why is a wake up at 03:40 necessary for a 10:15am flight when the airport is only 5 minutes away!?

Excellent choice for short business/family trips

Their service met my expectation. The cafeteria downstairs served delicious meal, this was very useful since I didn't want leave the hotel for dinner. There were plenty of staff. The air conditioning of my room didn't work the first night. When I told the staff about this, they changed my room immediately. Their complementary airport pickup and drop service was really helpful. I plan to stay here also in my next visit.

空港至近、落ち着いた住宅街

ウッタラという現地の田園調布のような高級住宅街の一棟を、ホテルとして貸し出している感じです。 メインの通りからちょっと入るので、落ち着いた雰囲気です。周りの住宅もお金持ちそうな感じの車が止まっています。 空港が非常に近く、渋滞もない方角なのか、10分くらいで着きました。無料送迎あります。 周りにはスーパー2軒やアーロン、おしゃれなレストランが多いです。逆に現地のローカルなカレー屋を探すのに苦労しました。 フロントはいい意味で干渉してくることはなく、お願いはすべて素早く対応してくれました。 客室はやや掃除が足りないですが、値段相応といった感じです。 冷房、シャワーいずれも問題ありませんでした。 街中にでて観光するには不向きですが、トランジットやちょっと旅行で立ち寄るには良いと思います。 日本人の感覚からすると、ビジネス利用であれば、もう少し格上の方がリラックスできるかもしれません。

Good price, free airport pickup, free breakfast

Needed a quick crush, after arriving to airport past midnight. This is one of the closest hotels to the airport and they offer free pickup. I had to call for pickup after arrival and they came in 10-15 minutes. Not bad. Counting free breakfast, it's a very inexpensive stay. However you get what you paid for, the room and furniture are very rundown. The neighborhood is ok, by Dhaka low standards
