"Very bad experience. The door lock was not working properly, and the property was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the view from the windows and balcony was very unpleasant and disappointing. Our room was located 5–6 steps downstairs, and there was no lift, making access inconvenient. Overall, the property was far below our expectations and did not provide a comfortable or satisfactory stay. I would not recommend booking this...

The Valle by Kondody Hotels

The Valle by Kondody Hotels

10/10 Excellent
"Our room was beautiful, bright and well maintained. We especially loved the valley view. The honeymoon cake and bed decorations were such thoughtful touches! The staff were warm, attentive, and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We appreciated how promptly and thoughtfully the staff addressed and resolved a minor laundry issue. Special thanks to Ateera, Farid, Navya, Ruby, Ann, Madan, Mahesh and Shomi for their wonderful hospitality!"
