「We did not know we needed to go somewhere else to check in after 6pm this was stressful after a day of traveling」

「Lovely and quiet place to stay. Would stay there again in the future.」

「This place has so much potential but there were so many little things that weren't right. The steam room was broken the whole time. We tried to make a reservation for a massage well in advance but received no response. The air conditioner could not be shut off There were no clean bathrobes and towels when we went to the spa the indoor pool and jacuzzi did not look particularly clean the one elevator was broken for part of our stay」
