No towels in the room. Wet tissue covering sprinkler systems in the room upon our check in. Non working toilet. No breeding for pullout bed. Extremely stained carpet. Spears and food like finger prints all over the walls. Non working outlets. I’d rather stay at a motel 6 than here ever again

My room was clean, convenient, and roomy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was more than adequate. Ok, the ice machine on my floor was out, and the lobby computer was very slow. It's an imperfect world.

I really liked my stay at the Holiday inn I usually always do. This location was very clean staff was very friendly & the overall look of the hotel was so nice to me. The only mild complaint is that the ice machine on my floor did work other than that if I go back to Detroit I will stay here again.

When I got there I couldn’t get into my room, they up graded me to a suite and some of the plugs wasn’t working and they didn’t even have clean extra towels but offered me pool towels, where you they do that at. I’ll give this property a C-

Horrible, no accommodation for broke bed, broke latch on the door, and messed up chair in room. Dirty walls, no towels available, shower was disgusting. Staff was rude.

Friday night was amazing Saturday night was a nightmare door a constantly slamming throughout the night, kids knocking on doors and running. Loud adult voices in the hall throughout the night. I was told I would be signed up for ig and points would be added as a way of rewarding me for my inconvenience however I received nothing and because I used a third party I’m pretty much out of a peaceful nights rest and $125.

We booked this location because it was close to our event, and only emerged an overnight stay. The hotel was updated and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. The only issue we had was that the shower was not hot, just warm. Other than that everything was good.

Everything was ok. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were polite and nice. The only thing I would say is that it was barely hot water. We took cold showers the second day we were there. That needs major improvement.

Checked in they did not in form me that the pool was closed (only reson i was there for) so my kids could not swim the whole time 1st room we had smelled like an ashtry thankfully they switched us we went for breakfast in the morning both days and it was empty food was picked over or super dryed out not a good experience

The room looked like a serious brawl happened in it, holes in the wall, lamps askew anything with screws had them falling apart. The staff was very polite but the property needs some serious TLC.

The room was big for my family of 4. I stayed at the room because my lights were out because of the snow storm. The room was half cleaned. Hair was on the floor, stains on carpet, walls were stained also. Staff was pretty nice. They didn’t have enough towels. Had to wait late in the afternoon for towels. They did have a pool but it looked like that it was not cleaned from the night before. Overall my stay was average.

It was fairly evident that staffing was an issue, particularly housekeeping. I arrived early due to an appointment and requested earlier access (around 2 pm). I was told that no clean rooms were available until the 4 pm. I asked the representative if i could access any space where I could make a clothing change due to an event I needed to attend. She directed me to a public single stalled bathroom and said that he was my only option. When I entered the bathroom it was not clean and the toilet showed clear evidence of recent bowel movement stains.

Staff had some very nice members some not so much. Had some minor inconveniences throughout my stay: battery on door died, no body wash, shampoo bottle they supplied you with has a broken nozzle, etc.
