The staff was very friendly and understanding when we had an issue with our room and resolved the problem with no argument or attitude. Our first room we were checked into looked like it had not been used for a while. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere and looked like someone had been eating in the room and not cleaning up crumbs or spills in the counter. Funny smell in the room and just all around not well kept. The second room we were checked into was at least clean.

Brittany was AWESOME!!! She was friendly very helpful she had me sold from the moment I came in. She showed me the room it was very clean. She loves her job and it shows. Excellent communication skills. I have never met a sweet person like her. A blessing to anyone who meets her. She is the definition of A1 customer service. I’m coming back again. The hotel was fine... and the two ladies at the front desk were super nice and fast and helpful. BUT there was an awful smell ...a mix of burnt cooking ...pot...and B.O. in the hallway and room. The window didnt open. Sadly looked like some else also tried to force to open as the panes were already cracked by the locks on the window.

Connie the front desk Manager, was extremely accommodating and very friendly. Our stay was excellent, no complaints whatsoever! I've stayed at resorts and not had as many options and amenities that were provided. I was able to make a homemade dinner for us, which made our stay even better. Would go back for sure!

Smells like smoke. Not clean with a general state of disrepair. Vending machines are unreliable. "Free breakfast" is a basket of smooshed granola bars. There isn't even a breakfast room.

There were multiple rooms that had roaches, dead and alive. I understand that people stay there for extended amounts of time but there should be an exterminator to spray twice/three times a weeks. Its terrible. I thank God that the lady at the front desk was so understanding and very helpful. She is actually the best thing/person that works at that hotel.
