"Hotel was great , staff from reception through to the bar/ waiting and to housekeeping were so lovely. All were very efficient. Garden area was really nice , especially watching the family of Pumbas come in each evening. Food was excellent in the restaurant & bar. Only negative would be the crowded bedroom - the bedroom itself is a good size but it’s filled wil a large armchair , huge built in wardrobes , and 2 massive bed side tables and large set of drawers/ desk & desk chair. . "Very nice lodge in Victoria Falls. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, with a big bathroom, and the gardens and general ambience were lovely. The only thing we could possibly criticise slightly are the restaurant, which doesn't offer a lot of choice - but that probably reflects the limitations of a relatively small lodge versus a big hotel."

"If only they could have microwaves to warm take away foods, kettles to boil water to make tea or coffee They also have to fumigate their apartments, there are alot of cockroaches. Security looks slack as the outside is umanned and always open even with noone on the reception, intruders or assailants can easily walk in and ravage the holidaymakers willy nilly and walk out unnoticed "

"Nice place "

"Overall a lovely property with nice service people. The front desk and the ease of information could certainly be improved. The game drive was slated for 10 people max, and we were brought to the truck already full and asked to pile in. 14 people in the truck, this was my least favorite activity as although we saw some animals you can see much more in other places. I was charged by Expedia for an extra person. The activities needed to be paid separately ($25 per adult and half for children)....
