「Room was very dirty. Soon as we got there, we went to the pool. About 8 of the 10 towels I grabbed had stains in them. The room had hair trimming all over the bathroom counter, stains all over the bedding and curtains, and you could tell someone threw liquid on the one wall. We had two kids and drove 5 hrs, by the time we saw how gross the room was, it was too hard to move. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered and when I went down, no one was there. 「This hotel was a ghost town when I stayed. Hardly saw any other guests. Restaurant food was not amazing for the price. pool was closed. Quick shop was not well stocked. It’s a beautiful hotel. It’s a shame it doesn’t have more buzz. Not much security. Didn’t feel entirely safe as a solo Traveler. I don’t even think I saw a security guard at all. 「The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.」

「The hotel was unfortunately in the process of renovating so the gym and pool were closed. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. It was a little run down but I'm sure after renovations it will look great. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall it provided everything we needed. 」
