I reserved a deluxe studio, and the photos indicated that there was an induction cooker, along with a mention of a small kitchen. However, upon arrival, I discovered that there was only a microwave and no induction cooker. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception staff, I was informed that they bear no responsibility for how Hotels.com advertises their rooms. This situation is quite frustrating.」

「Beautiful and central location. Food is wonderful, although lounge at front entrance could be better as really only provided carmel bars and no coffee. Suggest you grab something to eat before arriving as no room service and dinner wasn't until 7pm. Grounds are magnificent. It wasn't the 5 star experience you pay for but definitely a beautiful relaxing place to stay!」
