「Great property ocean views」

「arrived early, was told room not ready, about an hour wait. Ok, no problem. came back 2.5 hours later, past check-in time at this point (3:30) and room still not ready. AC/heating unit not working. AC running full blast, not able to turn down or off all day/night. No other room to switch to, no maintenance person came.」
