"The property itself was fine - appreciated the breakfast selection and afternoon tea & sweets BUT the 'bell boy' was rude and demanded money for bringing up our bags which we volunteered to happily do ourselves but were TOLD to leave them for him then he refused to leave our room without payment, which was very distressing for 2 single ladies alone in our hotel room and a man that refused to leave. Also the A/C didn't work so we were forced to leave the windows open all night and got eaten...

"Staff were mostly helpful (except for their handling of a stolen item in the room). They need to separate the concierge activities from the reception to avoid long delays checking in / out. People were spending 15-20 minutes at reception asking fro advice on the loca area. This should be handled by the concierge to avoid long delays checking in and out (as I experienced too).
