「Ein sehr gut geführtes Thermenresort mit aufmerksamen Serviceangestellten. Großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltete Zimmer, deren Sauberkeit ständig gewährleistet wird. Ein vielfältiges Speisenangebot sowohl bei Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.」

「Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein ganz schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal und ok Essen. Leider wurde uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt, dass der Saunabereich wegen Renovierung im Moment geschlossen ist. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir uns für ein anderes Hotel entschieden. Und es gibt auch nicht genug Liegen im Garten für alle Gäste.」

「We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.」

「This place is overpriced and not well maintained. The outdoor pool is dirty. The indoor amenities are also not cleaned regularly. The kids playroom had food and ants all over for over a day. Staff is rude and make judgmental comments ( why are you drinking coffee before workout? Coffee makes you dehydrated. You are clearly not a real sport man!- actual comment made by the staff). Also this place is in the middle of nowhere and they charge for parking. Also drinks are not included in the dinner...

「The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is...
