"It was a beautiful hotel, we enjoyed the first two nights in there. Unfortunately, on day 3 we woke up with thousands of bugs on the floor. There were bugs in our socks, shoes, even my luggage. We did not leave the door or window open for more than 10 mins. The hotel staff just said sorry about that and that was it. "

"This was a wonderful hotel! From check in and overview with Victor, to the most gorgeous and large(modern) room with terrace, to the warm pool, beautiful gardens, wonderful spa, and finally, the superb restaurant with food magnificently cooked by Nancy- it was heaven! Walked into Paradou for dinner one night, and easy ride to St Remy, Les Baux and Arles. Highly recommend!!!❤️"

"Guests are expected to provide their own dish soap dishwasher soap salt, sugar and other simple necessities that would cost little to provide. No cleaning supplies like paper towels, floor soap were provided,and the guests are expected to clean before they leave.. So I'm there for a few days and I must purchase these items, or take them back home in my case - New York. They gave me and .my wife two towels and two washcloths and we were told that they'd have to last the week. When we...

"The staff was fabulous. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious . Very close to center of St. Remy. Great location to see many of the nearby towns and sights such as Nimes, Arles and Pont du Gard. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Great little hotel only a few minutes walk from the heart of St Remy. Room was very clean and a comfy bed. Plenty of parking spaces and a nice pool with sunbeds. Hospitality from the hotel was very good and were very helpful."
