「Très bel établissement hôtelier, je suis agréablement surprise. C'est un établissement que je recommande fortement . Il ne manque absolument rien Seul, en famille ou entre amis À savoir , ma caution qui doit être donnée à l'entrée, sur les cartes à autorisation immédiate par exemple ça peut être compliqué et l'info n'es pas visible facilement à la réservation. Mais quand on le sait c'est seulement à prévoir , rien de grave 」

「We’ve stayed at Natureva Spa before and asked for the same room again (initially when we booked a room, and again a couple of weeks before check-in), so we were very happy to find that the hotel had arranged this for us. We didn’t utilise the spa on 2/F, but we did use the indoor pool, sauna and steam room on 1/F - they were never crowded; the sauna and steam room are open 3pm-8pm, and the pool 9am-9pm.
