Clean, nicely renovated, comfy bed, spacious room, nice staff. Only one thing: when there is a heatwave, it would be necessary to have access to ice-cubes -- truly it would not be a luxury at all. I would be ok having to pay a fair price for that, because being able to drink cold water is a health matter.

Great place, huge rooms and amazing hosts

Nice small and cosy family hotel. Felt like at home. Nothing too fancy but the owner was really pleasant, the rooms were clean and cosy, the breakfast like home made with quality products.

Beautiful location near the lake and Swiss border. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and reflected regional specialties. The staff were very helpful with trip planning.

Hospitality and accommodation. Nice country setting and the hosts did everything possible to accommodate you. Thumbs up.

Our stay for one night was great. The hotel is very cozy, clean, calm and they already pre-heated the Sauna so we could go there Right away after our arrival. Staff also very friendly. The landscape around invites for nice walks. The only thing that didn’t really convince us was the Food about what we had high expectations (good ratings & in the guide Michelin): not well seasoned/portion size/no surprising flavors/meat not tender. But others reviewed it as very good online. Probably it was just...

One of the best places I had the pleasure to stay at on my 2 week vacation private owned house Delicious dinner and breakfast Only has 3 rooms but it makes it all the better If you are in the area and have the chance to stay i highly recommend better then any hotel I stayed at

It was very quiet, chilling place : great breakfast.

What a spectacular, comfortable, beautiful place to stay. Particularly nice touch: beach towels for a swimming pool the lake.

Loved our stay!!

A wonderful stay! The views were incredible! Dorothy was so gracious and accommodating. Petit Hotel is a must for those visiting the region! We will stay there on our next visit to Neuchatel! Thank you again to Dorothy and her staff!

Nice place to stay Nice staff

Simply wonderful experience. The Grand Hotel is family owned and almost everyone participates. They are at the front counter one day and serving you food at the hotel restaurant that evening. The hotel is based on providing a wonderful spa experience. We didn't get a massage but used the sauna's, indoor [colder] pool, the outdoor [hotter] water pool with multiple water jets, and the lounge rooms and loved them all. The minuses; we didn't have a car and the hotel is way to far above the...
