「Our room was a nice size and was very clean. We appreciated the free gin and tonic and had a nice evening in the dinning room.The roof top bar was excellent with great views. 」

「Worst staff ever. So rude. The cuban woman was ghetto. Lucia at check in didn’t even greet us. No valet, we had to unload and park our own car after a 7 hour drive. We found a different hotel after the first night. The restaurant was also less than mediocre. I would not stay here again and would recommend others find somewhere else.’plenty of options 」

「We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. 」
