「The blonde receptionist at the front desk assumed we didn’t understand English. We had three rooms booked, and I was simply holding the hand of a toddler under two years old while standing at the reception desk. She immediately started talking about extra guest charges and even suggested that a child under two years old should be charged. Are you seriously that desperate for money? The child wasn’t even staying in my room. The fact that your first reaction was to look for ways to charge more is...

「Alles wie beschrieben. Passt」

「It's a lovely clean and bright studio in the heart of Bayreuth, a 15 minute walk from the train station and less than a minute from the colourful and lively Maximilianstraße. If you're prepared to self-cater (and the local supermarkets are excellent), then it's a bargain. What stops it from my giving 5 stars? Not much. The apartment can get very hot, although a fan is provided. A separate receptacle for recycling would be welcome, as would a dustpan and brush for daily cleaning and instructions...

「Great location and comfortable room. Highly recommended!」

「Room was modern but the bathroom was clogged and the water wasn’t drained. We almost can’t take shower that night. Front desk was closed between 11pm to 1pm so no help provided during this period. 」

「Top Hotel」

「Solid stay, nice and not far from the market place.」

「We got a very large, modern and newly renovated room outside of the actual hotel. It was very nice and was nicely designed, but was not quite what we had in mind when we booked a room in a building from 1323... The automated check in worked flawlessly, and we had a good communication with the owner via sms before checking in.」

「Nice hotel with air-conditioned, no complaint on a hot summer day.」
