「Well checking in was a joke, the people live in the property that has a dog on it and the house smell like kennel and poop water. The only bathroom the door doesn't shut all the way close but locks. The door you can see thru the crack to the toilet and shower are. Then while shower heard the owner and husband talking about water and then the water got turned off on me. 「First time in Vermillion. Decided to go there and avoid outrageous room costs in Sioux Falls. I will go again. This was easy to get to and was a nice place.」

「The front desk attendant at check-in was friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so it was a bit noisy until 11pm and at 6 am. The shower wouldn't work and the temperature was only boiling hot. The adjuster just spun and the shower stopped wouldn't stay up. When I told the lady at the front desk she said she would check it, didn't apologize or anything else. Beds were very comfortable and clean.」

「Electric outlets not working had to change rooms. Then toilet didn’t flush no water. Hairdryer nor telephone worked. Could not change channels on tv. From the 4 nights we stayed only 1 time the beds were made. At evening nobody is ever at the desk. Breakfast items running low or not available. We stayed here last year and we had no trouble at all. Maybe they were understaffed and they were in a remodel.」
