「Absolutely excellent staff, lovely and helpful and mostly speaking better English than I do Ukrainian/Russian. Location is good - close to most everything, making getting around by foot easy. Gym/pool facilities also top notch. I certainly hope to return to both Odesa and this hotel! Given the woes of our time it may be worth mentioning that the bomb shelter on site is also safe, convenient and has a water cooler, comfortable chairs and even beds. 」

「This was my fourth stay at Chopin. The staff have always been courteous, polite, professional, and strive to make my stay / visit as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. There’s never been a problem communicating as multiple languages are spoken. It offers a great location with a short walk to the city center while located in a quiet area of the city.
