「The staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The room and property was clean. Swim up bar was great. The only part that was downfall was the kids, when this was booked I was under the impression no children were allowed, but there a lot of kids.」

「Westin is a great resort stay. Coordinating transportation was a little tricky but overall a great experience. The walk to the beach was not bad but includes LOTS of stairs so be prepared. Sugarfin restaurant was my favorite because it’s right on the beach and the food /service was great. And added bonus for us were the resort cats, chickens and iguanas.」

「The Buccaneer Resort was absolutely amazing. The property is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly. Everything is in a convenient location and the staff was always there to help you. I proposed to my girlfriend at Grotto Beach which turned out to be perfect since it was nice and quiet. The beaches there are amazing! My fiancé and I will definitely be returning here! I highly recommend and will be recommending to family and friends」

「I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The hotel is currently under renovation, and based on conversations with locals, it appears the renovations have been ongoing for quite some time. This was not made clear when we booked. 「We were super disappointed with this resort. Sure it had some good points like a washer/ dryer in the room. The grounds were lovely, we felt safe. The food was ok, but the main pool was down right dirty. Mildew- algae on the deck in all the corners. We don’t think it was vacuumed all day. Never saw it being cleaned or chemicals checked. The rooms are out dated, certainly not a luxury resort. Maybe once upon a time. It’s worn out. It’s obvious leadership from the states hasn’t been recently....

「The room was nice and clean, loved the property, they do use golf carts to pick you up from the room. loved how the beach was so close by. Had an electricity problem in the room which was resolved in about 20 minutes. Was reeled into a timeshare meeting but nothing we haven’t done already and it cane with some perks afterwards so if you have the time on vacation but can easily be skipped by telling them you are not interested」
