「We came to Margaritaville to relax, see St. Thomas, eat good food, drink island cocktails, listen to good music, and experience local flavor. Margaritaville let us do all that and more. The room was clean and well appointed. We were near the upper pool, which is a big plus if you like a swim up bar and a two for one happy hour. 「Do NOT plan to arrive early to this hotel or be treated kindly. We arrived around 3:00 pm knowing that check in is at 4 pm, but most hotels can accommodate an early check in if the rooms are ready. We explained that we would like to check in so we could freshen up prior to our 4:30 pm cab pickup and dinner reservation at 5 pm. While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. 「The rooms were dirty at arrival especially the bathroom. The room also had roaches (babies too) in which I have recorded. Food took over an hour to be served and there was nobody ahead of me waiting. 」

「We loved everything about our stay - just wished we had stayed longer. The beachfront room was perfect for our family and the view was amazing.
