「The main issue was the room. It felt neglected and not well maintained, which affected overall comfort. Cleanliness and upkeep could definitely be improved. Staff interactions were limited, but when needed, support felt minimal and not very proactive. It was mostly the condition of the room and the lack of attentive follow-up that made the stay less than ideal.」

「早餐很好，环境优美，性价比超高，就是设施差一点点，比如浴室热水，我住的第一天还不错，以后3天晚上热水都不好，第二天夜里冻醒了。晚上热水和前台反应了，来人看了看，没有解决问题，后3天晚上洗澡有点冷其他都好」
