"Our stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Kanazawa was great. The property is beautiful and meticulously maintain. The location is close to all the "must see" sites. "Room is clean and fine, but breakfast has room to improve when the price is relatively high. Staff service is good and overall is good. Parking is required to bring the card to create a coupon receipt, not very convenient. "

"I wish I had eaten breakfast or dinner here - it looks like it would be great -- but be aware when traveling Japan that you often need to reserve ahead of time. We did not reserve, and when we checked in, everything was booked. Loved our room, the lobby, did not use the onsen but they looked very nice. Hotel location seems be about as good as you can get."

"Wat was a beautiful hotel set within walking distance from the old town section of Takayama. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were immaculate and spacious. "
