「A complete disconnect from what is shown. Dark, gloomy, Mitch, small and cramped. The welcome link is broken, no guide with the WiFi instructions. No way to contact the absent manager. No smoke detector in the bedroom, and stuffy air (no makeup air.) We couldn’t sleep, it was just a terrible disappointment.」

「There was no kitchen, no dining room. The overall hotel was very cheap looking. The entrance was ok and so was the reception with nice attendants. The lift was a goods lift and as goods lifts are poor. Had to get up two steps to get there. My room was enormous as if there was a family occupying it. The bedroom was well away from the bedroom, which does not suit me at my age. Asked for another one, NOThing available. Tried to get into the other Quest hotel, but that could not be done as I had...

「House was grubby, no teatowels, pubic hair in toilet, noisy as its attatched to servo, compressor coming on all day, tv difficult to operate, no views just high fencing all around, security door hard to open, would not recommend.」
