「The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.」

「On site parking, clean rooms and a friendly staff.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only complaint was the cleaning service. The cleaning lady knocked on our door 3 times prior to checkout at 11am. We told her the 1st time we were not leaving until 11. It was quite rude!」

「It’s very good 」

「Breakfast was not good the breakfast sandwhich was not cooked the egg was frozen not even cooked nor was the sausage it was like whoever was in charge did not attempt to prepare it right the waffle maker had no oil so the mix stuck to the grill other than that bed was soft comfy it was clean and quiet」

「The rooms were not very clean. Walls had chipped paint no mirror in the bathroom exposed wiring where a light was lamp by the bed was broken. Beds were not very steady and very noise. Coffee tasted terrible. Only one roll of toilet paper. Oky Two of every towel. No staff around to get any supplies besides early in the morning.」

「The only reason I give it a three star is because the rooms AC couldn't be controlled, we tried turning it down but the room remained a bit warm the entire night.」

「I opted for non-smoking but smelled the smoke once get in the room. I have reported it and got some amount as refund as the non-smoking room is unavailable. Otherwise it’s ok.」

「Very nice property, nice breakfast.」

「Great boutique hotel in center of Medina. Great breakfast restaurant and bar.」

「The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

「Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out.」
