「Initial room we were given smelled so strongly of mildew/mold i had to ask to be moved. The replacement room was better but still had a nasty odor. Mattresses are well worn and the fitted sheets appeared to be one size to small as they slipped off the mattresses with ease, disturbingly we found ourselves waking on mattress pads, disgusting!!! I did request properly fitting sheets the next day that were replaced and that issue was rectified. Unfortunately, the mattresses are worn and outdated....

「I was a vendor at the Harbor Fest in Oswego and stayed here for 4 nights. I arrived at 3:00PM and was aware that check in was at 4:00PM, however the gentleman that greeted me, Robert said it was no problem with the early check in. Robert gave me some suggestions on where to get a good meal which was helpful since this was my first time in this town. 「There is no such location. They sure took my money and when I got to town, there is no hotel as they claim. I had to find somewhere else to stay. Not happy at all about being scammed.」
