"As with the Japanese culture, Imperial Hotel probably practices it to its finest ability. Staff are extremely helpful and courteous, the hotel's public areas are immaculate (though carrying a bit of retro tone...) and its proximity to nearby food stalls is perfect. Although I am not a big fan of classic interior settings, I still find this hotel deserving more than 5 stars just for the above reasons.
