「Your response is unacceptable. The Royal Hotel was closed for refurbishment at the time of my booking — a fact that should have been known to Hotels.com before confirming any reservations. It is embarrassing that such a booking was confirmed in the first place, and the stress caused is entirely due to your company’s failure to ensure the property was operational. I will be taking this matter up with my travel insurance provider and expect Hotels.com to review its internal processes to prevent...

「Architecture and location are outstanding. Truly amazing. The Grotto suites are stunning. The views, to die for. The downsides are that the building is in need of a bit of maintenance with chipped and scratched plaster abounding. Our fridge was not clean but the linen was perfect. Lack of stair lighting to go to the main function areas is not great. Food in restaurants was good with large portions and welcoming, helpful staff. Highly recommend as a Kruger Park journey stop-over.」

「Excellently stay Recommend」

「Walkersons is a great getaway to the scenic countryside. Gorgeous views, relaxing and very serene. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food at the restaurant is delicious. Make sure to try the Walforf salad. The unit we stayed in (Gretel), was clean and cozy, but has aged over time and needs a modern upgrade.」

「Great space in the 2 bedroom apartment we had. The internal doors couldn't close and we had an issue with the shower spilling out cause the drain wasn't flowing well. The restaurant food really needs attention - we had raw chips on both occasions we ordered (burgers & sandwiches) and the steak was woefully overdone with the second being good. Amazing space with great amenities for the whole family.」

「Enjoyed the room and areas around it」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute feel-good recommendation! We had a wonderful stay at The Sabie Town House Guest Lodge and would return anytime. Mr The owners are exceptionally warm and take great care of their guests with genuine dedication. From the very first moment, you feel truly welcome. The rooms are rather simple, but lovingly and thoughtfully decorated. We especially appreciated the complimentary sherry as a small gesture of hospitality, as well as the coffee and tea facilities in the room. The...

「Großzügig und schön aber nicht richtig sauber」
