「J'ai réservé une chambre familiale sur le site expedia.fr avec petit déjeuner inclus. L'hôtel m'a dit qu'il fallait que je paie les petits déjeuners et surtout que ce que j'avais payé n'incluait que les 2 adultes et pas les enfants. Rien n'était clairement indiqué au moment de l'achat. J'envisage de me tourner vers une association de défense des consommateurs... 」

「The location is good. Close to the city center. Walking time is 10 mins. The hotel is close to a meter parking lot where space is easily found. Staff is friendly. The room is small. Bathroom is small and not clean. Only 1 power socket is provided. Basin and taps not fixed. Bath drain clogged. 」

「I was staying room 423, the Airconditioner was so noisy on and off, which is very disturbing. I called the reception to fix the second day of my stay, it seems ok for awhile but still having the problem. As a business traveller, a good sleep is very important to get ready for the next day.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」

「For a hotel that is close to the airport, it's not so convenient if you don't have a car. Shuttle costs, it takes multiple stops on 2 buses, or Uber at 25 euro minimum. There are a few restaurants within walking distance - we had delicious pizza from a shack not far away. The room was very clean but pretty tiny, and nothing but a bed and 2 stools. Mattress was quite firm - I slept really well. 」
