「Arrivé sur place le propriétaire nous a refusé! En expliquant qu’il n’avait pas notre réservation malgré le mail de confirmation d’expedia Et numéro de réservation. Bien sûr pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler expédia nous avons envoyé un mail sans réponse. Il faut savoir que se loger à st Barth le week-end est très compliqué. Avec le billet le retour le lendemain en plus!」

「We loved this hotel, however there were no locks on the door of one of the bedrooms in our suite. The room could be accessed from the outside. The hotel is on a beautiful hilltop but, we couldn’t let our kids sleep in that room. The hotel had no way to rectify. The hotel and staff are amazing but that would be a consideration for not returning to the 3 bedroom suite. 」

「This was our first stay at the Guanahani, after having previously stayed at another perfectly lovely hotel in St Barth's, and we could not have been happier.
